Mobile Marketing for your Salon or Spa

Spa Marketing Salon Mobile MarketingMobile marketing for salons in Kansas City is a quick, economical and scalable way to interact with your clients at any time, from anywhere. SMS message marketing is a great way to contact clients for any salon or spa business. A short message takes only seconds to read and can lead to a quick response, whereas other ways of marketing are more costly and take much more time to organize.

Text message marketing is beneficial to any business. It gives you the ability to connect with your clients quickly and inexpensively. That means that the more clients you gain through text message marketing, the more money actually comes back to your salon. SMS marketing can also be used to make and confirm appointments. Because of its scalability, text messages can be sent to any number of clients at a time.

It doesn’t matter how large or small your list of clientele. A great way to start using SMS marketing in your salon or spa is to use it for booking reminders. A quick text message to remind clients of appointments and times will cut down on the number of clients who miss those appointments.

Your salon can also benefit from using text message marketing in other ways. Have a new stylist or manicurist? Use text messages to alert your clientele about special offers to build a following for new stylists. Are you going to be offering any new services or products? Send out SMS marketing to your clients to let them know about new services or to send them coupons for trying out new products. You can also build clientele by sending out text messages that clients can forward to their friends, getting them special deals for trying your salon.

Other means of mobile marketing include mobile websites and mobile apps. Mobile websites are very important for any business. As mobile usage continues to grow, mobile websites are going to be more important than websites for desktops. A mobile website caters to your clientele who use smartphones and other devices, allowing them to have a better viewing experience on their mobile device.

Salon mobile marketing can only help your business to grow, so why not get started right away? With online services you can do just that, in as little as one click. Sites such as DudaMobile can start you out on a complete mobile marketing campaign, including SMS marketing, a mobile website and a mobile app. Some also offer social media marketing as well. It’s completely customizable and can be fit to your specifications and desires. So even if you feel like a foreigner in a technological world, there are experts to get you started and see you through.

I send out text coupons for my spa all the time. If I can get just a handful of people on my sms list to take advantage of the text coupon promotion, it translates into thousands in sales my spa. People are more likely to show up if they have a coupon, too.
